Refund policy

The official Derek Pomerleau online store is operated and managed by Agence Mpress Creations, which is responsible for production, order management, customer service, and shipping. Derek Pomerleau is not responsible for payment processing, manufacturing, delivery timelines, or the enforcement of refund or exchange policies.

All commercial policies, including final sale terms, warranties, and claims, are administered exclusively by Agence Mpress Creations.

All clothing and merchandise sold in the store are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be granted for:

• Incorrect size selected

• Change of mind

• Customer ordering errors

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the size guides before completing their purchase.

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for items with manufacturing defects.

An item is considered defective if it shows:

✔ Major print defects
✔ Faulty stitching
✔ Fabric damage upon arrival
✔ Incorrect item received

The following are NOT considered defects:

✘ Normal wear and tear
✘ Improper garment care
✘ Minor color variations between the screen and the actual product

To submit a claim:

Please send an email to info@mpresscreations.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect (required proof)

• Claims submitted without photo evidence will not be processed.
  
   

If the claim is approved, Agence Mpress Creations may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the item or Offer a store credit or Issue a partial or full refund. 

No refund will be issued prior to defect verification and approval.

Order processing may take 5 to 10 business days after all required information has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed error on our part.
